Workshops offer an opportunity to deepen your practice and devote more time to explore poses fully as well as expand your practice into other aspects of Yoga,. For example: understanding the Chakra system, deepening your knowledge of Pranayama and Yogic breathing techniques as well as integrating Yoga into your daily life, as a way of being and not just something we do on our mat. Finally, we explore the meaning of Yoga – union – through the art of true meditation; being aware of that background silent, still space in which Yoga is taking place.
